CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be advised that cancellations made up to [48 hours] before a scheduled appointment via [email, text, phone call] will be processed without a penalty. Cancellations made [24 hours] or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of [FULL PRICE]. This also includes a no-show. If [The Prettyy Cartel] cancels an appointment with less than [48 hours notice], a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability. Please be advised we have 10 min grace period for you to get to your appointment. Once you surpass your 10 min grace period your appointment will be rescheduled and of course the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
